Terms of Service

***The pictures are a great representation of the work I do but please keep in mind that all of my products are handmade and may differ slightly in appearance, size and shape.
The time I need to prepare an order varies but is an average of 3 days.
If I feel I'll need more time to complete your order I will contact you.

SHIPPING:
After your payment has been processed I will ship your order within three (3) business days.
All packages are sent with a tracking number. If the tracking info states that your package has been delivered, I am no longer responsible. It is you, the buyer's responsibility to receive your package or arrange for someone to receive it for you if you are unable to.
In the event of a lost package You must contact and file a claim with your local post office. If the tracking shows the package has not been delivered I will work with you and the postal service. The post office can take up to 30 days to try and relocate your package.
Due to product being flammable, I can not ship body sprays internationally or offer express shipping. My apologies if this proves to be an inconvenience to some, but do try one of our oil based roller perfume instead.

To fulfill your order.

CAUTIONS
Because of the oils in your bath bomb please use caution when getting in and out of your tub, as it may become slippery.
Bath bombs are for external use only. Keep out of reach of children
BATH BOMB SHIPPING
Though I take every possible precaution when packing your bath bombs for shipping, I can not control what happens once your product is in the postal services possession. However if your bath bomb arrives cracked or broken do not despair! Your bath bomb will still possess and perform it's duties. It's incredible scent, the skin nourishing properties, and the lavish feeling you'll get when you're out the tub will not change. Only the shape and appearance of the bomb will.

EXTREME WEATHER SHIPMENTS: Due to the nature of most bath items, they can melt or freeze in extreme temperatures. I will not be held responsible for melted or frozen items. Please have your packages held at the post office or have someone to accept them if you are unable to.
